When are you open?
Monday through Friday from 9:30AM until 5:30PM Eastern.

Will you ship outside of the United States?
No. Our business is focused within the United States and U.S. territories.

Do you have a showroom?
Yes. The showroom is available by appointment only, please call to set up a convenient time.

Do you have demo gear so I can try something out before I buy it?
Yes. We don't have demos of everything we sell but we do have demos of a bunch of high end gear. Please call for details.

Do you accept purchase orders from educational institutions? Sure, no problem. We accept PO's from city, state and federal offices as well as educational institutions.

How about repairs?
Yes. If the equipment was purchased from us we're happy to service it. Due to manufacturer agreements some service must be performed by the manufacturer. Please call for details and to request a Return Authorization.

I don't see it online do you have it?
Not everything we carry is online (yet). The online store is growing daily. If you are looking for something you don't see please call.

Availability. You got that?
Check the bottom of the item description. If it says "Special Order" it means we typically don't keep it in stock. Anything we don't have in stock we can get as fast as you need it, just let us know your drop-dead date.

I need it overnight/Friday/yesterday!!!
We typically ship the same day for phone orders. Online orders ship in 24 to 48 hours. If your order is time dependent, DO NOT ORDER ONLINE, call it in to (203) 270.2933.

How 'bout shipping and returns?
We offer free UPS Ground shipping on most orders over $500.00. Free shipping is limited to the lower 48 states. We ship via UPS and FedEx Air at our cost. All shipments are insured and there are no bogus "handling fees", "package charges" or my favorite, "material packing charge". Sorry we do not ship via FedEx Ground or the U.S. Postal Service. Our cutoff time for same day shipping is 2:00PM Eastern. All in stock products include a 7 day return privilege. For any returns, please contact us (203) 270.2933 for a Return Authorization number. Special orders and/or custom cables may not be returned. All Returns may be subject to a re-stocking fee if the equipment is not returned in the original box, with all accessories in as new condition. So don't carve your initials into the stuff until you're sure you are keeping it.

Do you offer "packages" made up of a bunch of gear at a "package" price?
U-bet-cha. We're happy to bundle a bunch of stuff and offer it as a package. Call us and let us know what you have in mind.
